Nobody Hiding

This song is a declaration of freedom. It speaks about the urge to free our life from the imprisonment of other people’s judgement, from past labels and social inhibitions. It is an anthem to get rid of all those layers of doubts, waiting, masks, patterns, automations behind which we hide our true self.

In order to be free from such layers, one needs to get to know oneself. The more we are aware of who we truly are, the less we are subjected to external conditioning: we become capable to determine who and what we want to be.

The song suggests that nature helps us to know one self better: it provides us with a mirror without filters, that reflects what we are, without judgement nor prejudice. A tree, a symbol of wisdom and patience can lead us to self reflection, can show us how to listen, can become a home for our soul. A river becomes our roadmap and keeps us clean along the journey.

The song's opening voice melody is light-hearted, almost childish, something we could sing while walking. The melody becomes more physical when it's taken by the bass and it eventually grows into the chorus, with soft back voices singing along:
